Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment – Beresfield NSW is seeking a Junior Administrator to join a busy residential construction team. You will support Preconstruction and Customer Service, gaining exposure to the construction process while developing administration skills.

You’ll work with experienced colleagues, contributing to documentation, data entry and customer follow-ups, with a clear pathway for development and progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service within construction.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive, positive approach and able to manage multiple tasks in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team.
• Update customer and project information across internal systems.
• Assist with documentation, reports and data entry.
• Support the team with customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities as needed.
• Keep project and customer files organised and up to date.
• Take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.
