Job summary

Crawford is seeking a property/insurance, construction or engineering professional to build a specialist career in Construction & Engineering loss adjusting in Victoria. No previous loss adjusting experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

You’ll investigate complex commercial claims, review policies, prepare reports, and liaise with policyholders, brokers and contractors. A long-term career path and ongoing development await at Crawford.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage Construction & Engineering claims from assessment through to settlement.
• Review policies, contracts and claim documentation to determine coverage.
• Prepare reports and claim recommendations for insurers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with policyholders, brokers, contractors and technical experts.
• Maintain strong client service standards and claim outcomes.
• Assist with client meetings and business development activities as your experience grows.
