Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced store. You will help keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests, balancing multiple tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.

This role supports our wide range of products and barista coffee offerings, with training provided and opportunities for career development across our global network. Availability for late nights, early mornings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service
• Able to work alone or in a team
• Comfortable on feet for long periods and capable of lifting
• Can work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends
• Willing to learn and promote products/specials

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experiences in a fast-paced setting
