Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming, and you will multitask to handle various duties while serving Guests.

The role supports flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, with opportunities to learn about a wide range of products and promotions and receive Barista coffee training as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to work alone and in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Willing to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experiences and ensure the store is clean, stocked and welcoming for Guests.
• Assist with promotions and product knowledge as needed.
