Local Workforce Hire on the Gold Coast is seeking reliable General Labourers and Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work with immediate starts. Earn consistent weekly pay, with strong career potential and permanent placements after proving yourself on site.

You will work across landscaping, construction, shopfitting and industrial settings, performing site prep, material handling, and general labouring duties with a professional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Current Driver Licence with reliable transport is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople on site and support a variety of tasks across trades.
• General labouring across landscaping, construction, shopfitting and manufacturing sites.
• Site preparation and clean-up, wheelbarrow of materials, digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials, packing and stacking, assembling products.
• PPE must be supplied by the candidate (boots, hard hat, glasses, gloves, hi-vis).
• Provide general labouring duties as required and help with site cleanup.
