Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Customer Service Support to manage consignment inventory processes and analytics, interfacing between business teams and ERP colleagues to drive improvements.

The role requires at least 2+ years in multinational contexts, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will work closely with sales to ensure data accuracy and consignments performance, while supporting reporting and AFCM controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multinational companies.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

• Exposure to tenders/contract management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes related to consignment inventory management with reporting and analytics.
• Act as interface between business teams and ERP colleagues to drive process improvements.
• Support consignment stock reconciliation and related tasks.
• Maintain visibility of consignments statuses and AFCM controls.
• Collaborate with sales force to optimize consignment performance and data quality.
