CONNOR is seeking a dynamic and sales-focused Assistant Store Manager for our Northland, VIC store. You will lead a small team and drive sales through superior customer service, fashion knowledge, and hands-on coaching.

About You:

• Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail
• Experience in managing a team of 2-4 team members
• Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
• Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
• Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
