The compensation positioning is deliberately at the upper end of the Australian creative leadership market. Current Australian compensation data includes reported Executive Creative Director packages above A$400,000, making the proposed range plausible for an unusually broad executive mandate rather than a conventional photography role. glassdoor.com
This opportunity is currently in a pre-publication phase and is being reviewed with select executive candidates prior to broader market circulation. The mandate is intended for an executive capable of transitioning from hands-on photographic expertise into broader creative, commercial and organisational leadership.
