Job summary

Saunders & Co in Sydney is seeking a mid-level Photographic / Creative Talent Producer to drive bookings and crew coordination. You’ll be the hub between talent and clients, turning briefs into well‑crewed productions with flair.

Based in Sydney with hybrid WFH and in‑person attendance, you’ll manage multiple shoots, build strong talent relationships, and ensure timely call sheets, quotes and production documents that match the quality of the work.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent booking, casting or production (agency, studio or production house).
• Excellent eye for detail with strong written and visual editing skills.
• Calm, organised multitasker who can run several jobs in parallel.
• Warm, confident communication with creatives and clients.
• Genuine love of photography, fashion, beauty and the wider creative industry.
• Bonus: existing network of crew or clients across Australia.

Led by Gary Saunders, we connect photographers, motion and video creatives, hair & makeup artists and stylists with brands who want work that stands out. Our roster spans seasoned global names and emerging talent working in Australia and Internationally. We’re small, agile and hands‑on.

The role

We’re looking for a mid-level Producer to be the engine room of our bookings. You’ll be the go‑to person between our talent and our clients, keeping shoots moving, crews locked in to endable talent creativity to be in focus. Youll need to be culturally swtiched on, as the client base is heavy centred on fashion, celebrity, music, and a mix of editorial & advertising.
