Job summary

Talent Source Recruitment Solutions in Townsville is seeking a Concreter for civil and commercial works. You will set up edge forms, place reinforcement, and pour and finish slabs, driveways, and kerbs on local developments.

This permanent full-time role offers above-market pay with bonuses. You’ll join a growing local team, require a White Card, and be prepared for early starts on pour days in Townsville.

Qualifications

• Hands-on civil or commercial concreting experience.
• Current White Card is required.
• Finishing skills across slabs, kerbing and structures.

Responsibilities

• Pour, screed and finish slabs, footpaths and driveways.
• Form and pour kerb and channel, culverts and headwalls.
• Finish to specification: broom, trowel and machine finishes.
• Support upcoming road works with pavement and drainage concrete.

About the opportunity

Our client is a privately owned development and civil construction group with more than 25 years behind it, delivering commercial, industrial and residential land projects across Queensland. Development, civil works, design and consultancy are all handled in-house, so they control each project from feasibility and approvals through to construction and delivery. In the past three years alone, they have delivered multiple residential subdivisions across Townsville.

The next few years are already mapped out: more land development, industrial and commercial projects, and road works coming up, all in the Townsville region. About the role
