Job summary

Richmond (WA) is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our hands-on team. In this role you will manufacture concrete culverts for our sites and undertake formwork, placement and finishing for large-scale industrial projects.

You should have proven concreting experience, strong formwork skills and the ability to read drawings. A commitment to safety, reliability and clear communication as part of a team is essential; immediate start.

Qualifications

• Proven concreting experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Strong formwork skills including setting out, constructing and stripping forms.
• Experience in preparing for pours, placing reinforcement, pouring, compacting, screeding and finishing.
• Ability to read drawings and work to specified dimensions and levels.
• Experience with precast/concrete culverts is a plus.
• Commitment to safe work practices and good housekeeping.
• Reliability and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly.

We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking Concreter to join our team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manufacture concrete culverts for use on our own sites and undertake formwork, concrete placement and finishing for large-scale industrial projects. Desired skills and experience

• Proven experience in concreting, ideally within commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong formwork skills, including setting out, constructing and stripping forms and moulds.
• Practical experience in preparing for concrete pours, placing reinforcement, pouring, compacting, screeding and finishing concrete.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings and work accurately to specified dimensions and levels.
• Experience in manufacturing concrete culverts or other precast concrete products will be highly regarded.
• A strong commitment to safe work practices, correct use of tools and equipment, and maintaining clean and organised work areas.
• A reliable, hardworking approach and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions and communicate clearly as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, quality workmanship.
