Job summary

Ridcon Group is seeking an experienced concreter to join our Newcastle area team on a casual basis with a clear path to permanent full-time employment for the right candidate. The role covers formwork, concrete placement, finishing, and reading plans across residential and commercial projects.

We value reliable, hardworking tradespeople with hands-on concreting experience, able to work independently or as part of a team. A current driver's licence and White Card are required.

With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong work ethic and can confidently carry out all aspects of concreting.

The position will initially be offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment for the right person.
