Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication with project managers, engineers, and crews.
• High attention to detail for quality checks and documentation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed concrete work schedules including pours and sequencing.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers and subcontractors to align milestones.
• Oversee day-to-day concrete operations: formwork, reinforcement, batching, pumping.
• Conduct regular site inspections before pours and ensure spec compliance.
• Maintain records of pours, deliveries, logs and quality reports.
• Prepare daily progress updates and communicate risks to management.
• Ensure all concreting complies with codes, enviro and WHS standards.
