Job summary

Urban Concrete Cutting is a Brisbane‑based concrete cutting and drilling business seeking an experienced Concrete Cutting Operator for residential, commercial and civil projects across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

The role involves core drilling, hand/road/wall sawing, GPR scanning, and reading site plans. You will maintain safety on site, communicate with clients and other trades, and deliver quality workmanship on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience as a concrete cutting operator.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Current driver's licence.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes genuine pride in the work.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients on site.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Certificate III in Concrete Sawing & Drilling.
• Confined Space ticket.
• Working at Heights ticket.
• EWP HRWL.
• Experience across residential, commercial and civil sites.

Responsibilities

• Core drilling, including large‑diameter work.
• Hand sawing, ring sawing and chain sawing.
• Road sawing.
• Wall sawing.
• GPR Scanning.
• Reading and working to site plans and cut specifications.
• Following site safety procedures and WHS requirements.
• Communicating directly and professionally with clients and other trades on site.
• Representing Urban Concrete Cutting well on every job, big or small.

Urban Concrete Cutting is looking for an experienced Concrete Cutting Operator to join our team, servicing residential, commercial and civil projects across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Please note: this is not an entry‑level role. Applicants must have prior hands‑on experience operating for a concrete cutting and drilling company.
