Job summary

Hy-Tec in Dapto is seeking a Concrete Batcher to join a friendly, safety-conscious team. You will accurately combine and dispense premix materials for delivery by our agitator truck drivers, with training provided and real opportunities to grow within the business.

The role is full-time day shift, based on-site, with emphasis on safety, time management and quality control in a busy batching environment. Previous concrete experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Committed and compliant with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Comfortable in a busy, demanding work environment.
• Experience with concrete is advantageous.
• Ability to operate front-end loader is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Materials handling and ordering
• Basic plant maintenance including contractor management
• Operate batching plant and front-end loader
• Carry out administration tasks as required
