Job summary

HR Partners is seeking an experienced Batcher / Front End Loader Operator for a busy concrete plant in Dalby, QLD. The role offers penalty rates, regular overtime, local work, and a clear pathway to permanent employment with a great team.

Responsibilities include operating the batching plant and Front End Loaders, performing pre-start checks, stock control, and roster management, while strictly following safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Valid C Class driver's license, White Card, and Front End Loader ticket.
• Experience operating Front End Loaders and basic computer systems.
• Able to follow procedures, adapt to changes, and perform pre-starts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the concrete batching plant and batcher-in-charge duties.
• Drive and operate Front End Loaders to move materials.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and site housekeeping.
• Conduct stocktakes, update basic logs, and manage rosters.
• Follow site safety, quality, and environmental standards.
