Job summary

Nayyar Associates Pty Ltd, trading as Robust Concrete, is seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers in the Townsville region. This full-time role involves operating HR concrete agitator trucks, delivering to construction sites, and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with overtime and weekend shifts, have the opportunity to grow with an expanding company, and receive a competitive salary with superannuation.

Qualifications

• Valid HR Driver Licence (essential).
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR Truck driving experience.
• Experience operating concrete agitator trucks (preferred but not essential – training provided).
• Sound knowledge of road safety, transport regulations, and compliance requirements in Australia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, safety-focused approach to work.
• White Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating heavy rigid (HR) concrete agitator trucks for the transportation of concrete.
• Delivering concrete to construction sites, batching plants, and infrastructure projects.
• Conducting daily pre-start and safety inspections.
• Ensuring safe loading, transport, and unloading of concrete in accordance with operational requirements.
• Completing and maintaining delivery documentation, logbooks, and trip records.
• Monitoring vehicle condition and reporting mechanical faults or maintenance requirements.
• Complying with NHVR regulations, fatigue management, mass and load restraint requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in line with company standards.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, plant operators, and site personnel.

Position: Concrete Agitator Truck Driver (Full-Time positions) | Immediate start

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Annually (based on skills and experience) + superannuation + overtime

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers to join our Townsville operations on a full-time basis.

The successful applicants will be responsible for operating heavy rigid concrete agitator trucks, transporting and delivering ready-mixed concrete to construction sites and infrastructure projects while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
