T and M Lynch Pty Ltd. trading as Eziway Concrete. Nowra NSW is seeking a reliable loader/driver to support our ready-mix operation in the Shoalhaven region.

The role focuses on loading, slumping to specification, delivering concrete to site and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. You will hold a current HR Licence, a White Card, and provide a current RMS driving record. Prior agitator experience is advantageous; training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in loading and delivering ready-mix concrete is preferred.
• Ability to operate agitator trucks is advantageous; training provided.
• Must meet pre-employment medical requirements including drug/alcohol testing.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily pre-start checks.
• Load and slump concrete to specification.
• Transport to site and discharge as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
• Assist with routine vehicle maintenance and yard duties as needed.
• Operate vehicle safely under Heavy Vehicle Fatigue Regulations.

With a strong focus on providing a quality product and excellent service, Eziway Concrete has developed longstanding relationships with a broad client base throughout the Shoalhaven Region. We are a family run operation and are lucky to have a loyal team of staff who have been with us for many years.

The job will involve:

Completing daily pre-start checks

Load and slump concrete to specification

Transport to site and discharge concrete according to customer requirements

Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and out

Carrying out or assisting with the routine maintenance of the vehicle

Assisting with other yard duties during idle times

Operating the vehicle safely and within the Heavy Vehicle Fatigue Regulations

Hold a current HR Licence

Hold a current White Card

Provide a current RMS driving record print out

Prior experience in agitator operation is advantageous but not essential; Training can be provided in this area

Be well presented, with great customer service and communication skills

Be willing to undertake a pre employment medical assessment inclusive of drug and alcohol testing
