Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Porter to live and work onsite, delivering warm, personal guest service across front desk duties and luggage handling. You will help with room allocations, deliver bags, and keep guest areas tidy with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Full Australian driver’s license is required, manual preferred.
• Front office and guest service experience is advantageous.

An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality to be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.

Key Duties

• Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
• Coordinate guests’ luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
• Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
• Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management

This role requires a full Australian driver's license, preferred manual
