Country Road Group is seeking a Store Leader for our concession locations across Myer nationally. You will drive exceptional customer service and lead a team to deliver in-store experiences aligned with CRG values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer service and support visual merchandising to create in-store experiences that inspire customers and drive execution.
• Coach your team to exceed customer expectations and encourage repeat visits.
• Facilitate training on customer service standards with all team members.
• Role model CRG values to build a positive team experience and learning culture.
• Lead a high-quality induction for all new starters so they succeed in their role.
• Maintain a safe store environment with wellbeing in mind for staff and customers.
• Use data and reports to identify insights and inform business decisions.
• Coach on product knowledge and customer-led service to improve store experience.
• Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through stock management and loss prevention.
