Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking an energetic leader to drive in-store customer experiences across Myer concession locations. You will coach your team, deliver exceptional service, and ensure adherence to concession standards.

You will lead training, model CRG values, and deliver safe, engaging store operations while leveraging reports to identify insights and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for driving exceptional customer service and Support visual merchandising to create in store experiences that inspire our customers and drive visual merchandising execution in store based on concession principles
• Coach your team to be the reason the customer returns to shop in your store by exceeding their expectations
• Responsible for facilitating training on customer service standards with all team members
• Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
• Lead a high-quality induction experience for all new starters ensuring they have the right knowledge to succeed in their role
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Use available data and reports to identify key insights making informed decisions for the business and the customers
• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
