Job summary

Iluka Resources invites applications for a Process Operator based at Eneabba, WA. You will join the concentrator team to operate fixed and mobile plant, optimise recovery and efficiency while gaining exposure to advanced mineral processing circuits.

The role offers a 7 days on, 7 days off roster with camp accommodation or local commuting options, and a supportive culture focused on safety and collaboration within a growing rare earths facility.

Qualifications

• Similar experience in a mining or processing environment.
• Valid C Class driver’s license essential.
• Front-end-loader, skid steer, Forklift, EWP license desirable.
• Commitment to a proactive approach to safety and the environment.
• Good numeracy, literacy and computer capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Operating both fixed and mobile plant and equipment.
• Undertaking regular plant inspections and completing check sheets.
• Sampling and analysing process streams, reporting, and correcting any production variances.
• Making the plant available to enable timely and effective maintenance.
• Undertaking appropriate risk and hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment is sustained.
