Job summary

GESB is seeking a Communications Specialist in Western Australia to drive planning, production and delivery of communications across member-focused, product, operational and regulatory contexts.

You will operate in a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across channels, and collaborate with Product, Digital, Legal and Compliance teams to align with brand standards and legislative obligations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the planning, production and delivery of communications materials, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• As our Communications Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering member, product, operational and regulatory communications that support positive member outcomes and help GESB meet its legislative and compliance obligations.
• Working in a highly regulated environment, you will contribute to communications that keep members informed and engaged while ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across all channels.
• Working across business-as-usual activity, major organisational initiatives and strategic projects, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of communications, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to review, approvals and delivery across digital and print channels.
• You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including Product, Digital, Legal and Compliance teams, to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, accessible and aligned with GESB's brand standards.
