The City of Rockingham is offering a Permanent, Full-time Administration Officer role in Rockingham, WA. The position supports the Compliance and Emergency Liaison team with essential admin tasks and requires a current WA C class driver's licence for site visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role or government administration environment.
• Solid background in customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Well-developed ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and clerical support for the Compliance and Emergency Liaison team.
• Prepare and type reports, bulletins, correspondence, memoranda, minutes and agendas; collate statistics.
• Assist the Manager and Coordinators with other administrative needs as required.
