Job summary

Centurion is hiring a Compliance Administrator to coordinate inductions, licences and documentation across Australian sites. You will monitor NHVR/HVNL/NHVAS requirements, liaise with customers and operations, and support audits and reporting. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance administration, transport, logistics or a similar administrative role.
• Working knowledge of heavy vehicle transport compliance incl. NHVR, HVNL, NHVAS and Chain of Responsibility.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using online compliance portals and document management systems.
• Ability to work independently and identify compliance gaps and elevate issues when required.

• Support audits, contract mobilisations and transport compliance reporting.
• Assist with transport non-conformance matters and driver authorisations.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and support regulatory adherence.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer inductions, site access applications and compliance documentation to ensure all requirements are current and complete.
• Monitor compliance portals, licences, medicals, competencies, training records and upcoming expiries.
• Liaise with customers, site representatives and operational teams to resolve compliance gaps and outstanding documentation.
• Prepare regular compliance reports, track outstanding actions and follow up with Branch Managers to ensure requirements are met.
• Support customer audits, contract mobilisations, special projects and transport compliance reporting.
• Assist with transport non-conformance matters, penalty infringements and driver authorisation letters.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and support adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures.

About You

You’re organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities while keeping compliance requirements on track. You enjoy working with a range of stakeholders and are confident following up outstanding actions to achieve timely outcomes.

You’ll also bring:
