Job summary

Bloom Well-being in Creswick, VIC, is seeking a Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker to join a trauma-focused practice dedicated to compassionate care. You will work with adults, adolescents, children, families and couples living with complex trauma, tailoring caseloads to your interests and growth goals.

The role offers permanent salaried employment, with four days to full-time preferred; part-time considered. Benefits include PD budget, paid study leave, and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be Medicare-registered to practice in Australia.
• Minimum of two years of therapeutic experience.
• Practise from trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and inclusive perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults, adolescents, children, families and couples with complex trauma.
• Manage a caseload with five clients per day and built-in session gaps.
• Utilise EMDR and access in-house supervision and PD resources.
• Collaborate with intake/admin team for scheduling, invoicing and reminders.
• Engage in bi-annual team days and ongoing professional development.
