• Follow individual Care Plans and report any changes in client needs to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
• Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high‑quality care.
• Support clients’ relationships with people important to them, if desired.

Professional Development & Leadership

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
• Act as a role model for other carers and demonstrate professional, polite, and reasonable conduct at all times.

Personal Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with Fundamental Standards and regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
• Attend statutory and additional training as required.
• Commit to achieving relevant qualifications for the role.
