Job summary

Roseberry Care is recruiting a Care Assistant for South Bebside, Blyth NE24 5JU. The role involves supporting residents with personal care, meals and activities to promote independence and quality of life.

You will join a caring, compassionate team with a genuine passion for elderly care. NVQ2 preferred and 33 hours per week across day and night shifts, with alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care preferred.
• Minimum 1 year care experience; not essential.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy.

Your Role
