Qualifications

• Solid understanding of regulated financial services and end-to-end complaint handling.

• Experience in complaints, dispute resolution, case management, risk, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internal Dispute Resolution complaints from assessment to closure.
• Work directly with members and gather information from stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and support regulatory reporting requirements.
