Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for a premier competition practice in Sydney. The role offers exposure to high-profile work and partners renowned in the field.

You will advise clients on a full range of competition regulatory law issues, spanning advisory matters, investigations, mergers, and enforcement actions, with a broad focus on regulatory matters with regulators such as the ACCC, ASIC, and OAIC.

• Involved in all aspects of competition and consumer law, including advisory matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement action, mergers, access regulation, product safety and franchising.
• Broad regulatory investigation and enforcement focus, representing private clients in dealings with regulators such as ACCC, ASIC, OAIC, and acting for regulators in significant enforcement proceedings.

The role also has a broad regulatory investigation and enforcement focus, representing private clients in dealings with regulators such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), and the OAIC, and acting for regulators in significant enforcement proceedings.
