Job summary

Top-Tier Sydney CBD Firm is seeking a Competition Lawyer at the Solicitor to Senior Associate level to work across merger clearances, regulatory investigations and competition litigation for a genuinely varied client base.

You'll have direct exposure to regulators, and you'll benefit from senior mentoring and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise in a depth few firms can offer.

Qualifications

Experience in competition/regulatory law at Solicitor to Senior Associate level.
Must hold current Australian practising certificate.
Strong analytical and drafting skills.
Collaborative, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Advise on merger clearances and notifications.
Support regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
Assist on competition litigation before Australian courts and tribunals.
Work directly with senior lawyers on complex, high-profile matters.
