Job summary

Interchange Australia Limited is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team to help clients in their own homes across the Southern Highlands during the Christmas and New Year period, with potential for ongoing work beyond the holidays.

You will assist people with disabilities and older adults to live independently, travel within Southern Highlands, and perform personal care, domestic tasks, social support, transport and meal preparation. Flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (aged care and/or disability) or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Availability across December / January period.
• Training and support for career growth.
