Job summary

CSBS on the Gold Coast is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide one-to-one supports to two men with complex mental health and disability needs across two homes. You’ll help with daily living, community access, and wellbeing goals, following plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategies.

This hands-on role includes day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, weekend work, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ disability support experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Queensland Blue Card and First Aid/CPR.
• Open Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supports across two individual arrangements.
• Assist with daily living activities and community access.
• Follow support plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and shift reporting.
• Collaborate with families and allied health professionals.
