Job summary

BlueCare's Personal Carer role in Gatton provides in-home support to clients living in the community, helping with daily activities and independence.

You will travel between visits, perform in-home care tasks, assist with meals, hygiene, housekeeping and transportation, and follow each client's Care Plan.

Candidates must hold a Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, a valid Australian driver's licence, a roadworthy vehicle, and be prepared for probity checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops
• Current Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
• Driver's licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for work

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home care and support to clients in the community
• Assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, housekeeping and transportation
• Follow each client's Care Plan and support independence
• Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
• Travel between visits and document care provided
