Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an aged care or personal care setting.
• Extensive availability across morning and afternoon shifts with capacity to cover September and October.
• Ability to work with residents from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents per individual care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, mobility, mealtime support).
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff with cultural sensitivity.
• Observe and report changes in health, wellbeing or behaviour to clinical staff.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standard of care.
• Uphold residents’ rights to privacy, dignity, and choice.
