For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide daily personal care and support to residents in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment.

You’ll keep accurate records, communicate with residents and families, maintain privacy, and work flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights, with training and growth opportunities in a not‑for‑profit setting.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
• Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months).
• Genuine empathy that shines through care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A true team player who thrives on collaboration.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional).
• Excellent time management and tech skills.
