Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent).
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Support day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
• Work with clinical team to ensure care plans are followed
• Maintain documentation and work as part of a team to optimise residents’ health and wellbeing
• Provide high quality service to families and the community
