Job summary

Respect is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join the Residential Aged Care team at CWA House in Oakey. You will support residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day activities in a compassionate, home-like environment.

This casual role offers morning, afternoon and overnight shifts with competitive pay of $36.23 per hour plus penalties and super, plus not-for-profit salary packaging where applicable.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Genuine interest in working in aged care.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility for shift work.
• Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
