Qualifications

• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (acute care) or one year of undergraduate RN/Midwifery completed.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
• Commitment to patient-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing professional development.
