Job summary

David Spottiswood is seeking a warm, patient in-home caregiver to provide dedicated one-on-one care for an elderly lady in Templestowe, Victoria. The role focuses on maintaining comfort, dignity, and routine after a recent transition home, with consistent daily shifts and potential for a meaningful ongoing relationship.

Shifts run daily 8:00am–11:30am and 4:30pm–7:30pm, seven days a week. Must have experience in aged care or disability support, be reliable, and hold a current driver’s licence

Qualifications

• Female caregiver with a kind, patient, and respectful approach.
• Experience in aged care, disability support, or similar preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of aged care experience required.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care, including showering.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established routines.
• Strong communication skills and a calm presence.
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver’s licence mandatory.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
