Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to support clients in Chain Valley Bay, NSW 2259. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Role requires travel to clients, willingness to obtain checks/certifications (NDIS check, First Aid, police check). Training and development offered; flexible shifts available and opportunities for sponsorship and permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
