Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our SA team. You will assist clients with daily activities to help them live independently at home. Availability on Wednesdays and Fridays is required; travel reimbursement and PPE are provided.

The role focuses on personal care, domestic support, social engagement, and safe transport to appointments. You will keep accurate care records and maintain a compassionate, reliable presence in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• National Police Clearance Certificate.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping.
• Offer social support and respite care.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records.
