Job summary

Goodwin Aged Care is looking for a Home Care Support Worker to deliver compassionate, person-centred in-home care to our elderly clients in the Moruya area of NSW. You will work under personalised care plans and support clients to stay independent and safe at home.

We welcome applicants with a Certificate III in Aged Care or a willingness to attain it, plus a valid Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle. A rewarding, not-for-profit environment with generous benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle with full registration and insurance.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is highly desirable; willing to attain if not held.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and assistance with daily activities (personal care, housekeeping, shopping, transport).
• Promote client independence and wellbeing.
• Administer medications as per policy and training (when trained).
• Complete accurate care records and report incidents promptly.
