My Guardian is expanding its home care services in Cooroy and surrounding areas. We are building an elite pool of compassionate caregivers who will be first in line for new client rosters and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and coordinators.
• Valid First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check; willingness to obtain them quickly.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience.

Responsibilities

• True Companionship: Build real connections and support emotional well-being.
• Independence at Home: Personal care, light duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Community Connection: Take clients out to social activities, shopping, and appointments.
