Job summary

My Guardian is expanding its fast-growing home care team in Springfield QLD and surrounding areas. You will help provide personalized care, companionship, and practical support to clients living at home, creating safety and comfort in their daily lives.

We value heart, reliability and professionalism. You will be scheduled for regular hours with priority access to new client rosters as our regional expansion accelerates, with training and sponsorship opportunities for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or domestic assistance is essential.
• Strong communication with clients and families, and with coordinators.
• First Aid & CPR certificates, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience.

Responsibilities

• True Companionship: build real connections, reduce isolation, support emotional well‑being.
• Independence at Home: assist personal care, light household duties, cleaning, laundry, meal prep.
• Community Connection: take clients to activities, shopping, and appointments.
