NVC Group in the Nambucca Valley is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant & Domestic Assistant to join our Community Care team. You will provide person-centred support in clients' homes, helping them live safely and with dignity.

Requirements include a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent with Medication Competency, at least 1 year of experience, a NSW driver's license, and reliable transport. We offer above‑award pay, ongoing training, and salary packaging.

Formación

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent with Medication Competency.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Care Worker.
Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

Responsabilidades

Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, bathing, toileting and dressing.
Assist with mobility, transfers and maintain a safe home environment.
Support with daily living tasks: meals, medications reminders, shopping, social support and light domestic duties.
Build respectful relationships that promote client choice and independence.
Observe changes in health and report to supervisor.
Domestic tasks: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household organisation.
