Job summary

Suncare Community Services is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Domestic Assistant in Maryborough, QLD. The role involves in-home support, light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and companionship to help older Australians live independently and with dignity.

Rostered 60 hours per fortnight with a consistent schedule, typically Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. You will work within a friendly local team and build strong community connections.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification (required).
• National Criminal History Check (required).
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks to keep the home comfortable and welcoming.
• Help with meals, bed making, ironing, and shopping as needed.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction during visits.
• Support clients in daily activities and maintain independence in the community.
