Job summary

HammondCare is seeking caring Home Care Workers in Batemans Bay to support older people at home, with travel to clients’ residences using your own car. You’ll be part of a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving quality of life through person-centered care.

Roles are casual/relief with potential for permanent Part-time, and hours may span Monday to Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Training is provided and a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• People skills, patience and a solutions‑focused approach are essential.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured, reliable car.
• Willingness to start or continue a career in aged care.
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred; we can help you get qualified.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential, practical care for older people in their own homes.
• Support clients to live independently and improve quality of life.
• Build meaningful relationships and offer companionship during visits.
