HammondCare is seeking Home Care Workers to support older people in their own homes across the Coffs Harbour region. You will deliver practical care, build relationships, and provide companionship to help clients live independently.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car. Training is provided; previous aged care experience is helpful but not required. Flexible, client-focused care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged or community care is preferred
• Valid Driver's Licence and access to a car are required
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is desirable, and HammondCare can assist to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Provide essential, practical in-home care for older people
• Travel to clients' homes using own car and support independent living
