Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group is partnering with a respected funeral services organisation in Joondalup, WA, to recruit a Funeral Conductor/Arranger. You will meet families, coordinate meaningful services, and conduct ceremonies with professionalism, warmth and respect.

This role emphasizes helping families through difficult times, building relationships, and working with a supportive local team. Full training and ongoing support will be provided; previous funeral industry experience is welcome but

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with people, listen, stay composed under pressure and treat every family with care and respect.
• Comfortable working with deceased persons and supporting grieving families.
• Willing to undergo full training and support provided.
• Holds a current unrestricted driver\'s licence.
• Funeral industry experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families to hear their wishes.
• Help families plan and coordinate meaningful funeral services.
• Conduct funeral services with professionalism, warmth and respect.
• Provide a calm and reassuring presence for families throughout the process.
• Coordinate service details to ensure smooth execution.
• Work with colleagues, clergy, celebrants, and other service providers.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Joondalup location.
• Maintain high standards of care, presentation, safety and compliance.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every family.
